MATTHEW Findlay has been appointed CEO of Solomon Airlines, replacing interim Chief Executive Officer Paul Abbott.
Findlay joined Solomon Airlines after a career in aviation in several Australian airports.
He has also held Senior positions in the aviation industry in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.
Airline chairman, Fred Wickham, said the appointment had been made after a rigorous process.
Findlay joins the airline as it begins a comprehensive expansion process including flights to Vanuatu, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea.
