Papua New Guinea international Justin Olam has extended his contract with renowned NRL club, the
Melbourne Storm. The re-signing is for the next 4 years, keeping him in Melbourne until at least the end of the 2026 season.
Exhilarated about his re-commitment Justin Olam shared that the, “Storm has been great for me. I love the club, and everyone here, and love living in Melbourne. This really feels like home.”
Justin Olam made his NRL debut back 2018 and his currently the reigning Dally M Centre of the Year.
Since his debut, he has established himself as one of the finest centres in the game, playing 76 NRL
games to date including the 2020 Telstra Premiership Grand Final.
Olam-if he so wishes- could be eligible to play for PNG’s newly proposed Rugby League team bidding to join the NRL in the 2027 season.
