USP EOI – RSL PGCert Feasibility Study
The University of the South Pacific (USP), under the U.S.-Pacific Resilience and Adaptation Fellowship Program, invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified individuals or organisations to undertake a mapping and feasibility study to support the development of a Postgraduate Certificate in Resilience, Sustainability, and Leadership (RSL).
This consultancy will contribute to strengthening leadership capacity and advancing interdisciplinary approaches to resilience and sustainability across Pacific Small Island Developing States (SIDS).
Scope of Work
The consultant will:
- Conduct institutional mapping of relevant USP programmes
- Undertake market and demand analysis across Pacific SIDS
- Consult with academic units and regional stakeholders
- Provide recommendations on programme structure and delivery
- Assess academic and operational feasibility
- Develop an implementation roadmap for programme approval
Duration
June–July 2026 (approximately two months)
