Congratulations to Elina Sigadrodro of Valelevu
Sisters in Action Centre, who is SPBD’s Centre
Secretary of the Year 2020.

The SPBD Centre Secretary of the Year and
finalists are recognised for the best examples
of centre record-keeping and efficient centre
collections.

Elina hails from Kadavu, and now lives in Kinoya,
where she is an active member of the Kinoya
Methodist Church.
She says she was thankful to be recognised as
Centre Secretary of the Year after many years in
the role. Her advice for other Centre Secretaries
and those considering taking on the role is to
work hard and be honest.

“All the ladies rely on me when they send their
money. They trust me. Especially between the
office and the centre during the lockdown. So
