Fiji Police have confirmed the discovery of bullets in Lautoka.
A resident of Natabua, a suburb of Lautoka city found the bullets inside a bag by the roadside.
The incident happened last Saturday.
It’s understood more than 30 bullets were inside the bag.
Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro says they are working with the Fiji Military Forces as investigations continue.
