Publicly listed Fiji TV has appointed three directors to the company; Nesbitt Hazelman, Seini Nabou and Josua Satavu.
Pleass director, Fonmanu Ostanu Rupeni has passed away. In a statement to the SPX, Pleass’ Managing Director and Company Secretary said Rupeni “contributed strongly to our business and Board with sage advice and recommendations.”
Rohit Punja has resigned from the Rice Company of Fiji and Atlantic & Pacific Packaging Company Boards. Leena Punja has been added as a Director to both Boards, having served as an Alternate Director for over a decade.
Meanwhile Sanjay Punja has been appointed as Chairman of the Atlantic & Pacific Packaging (At Pack) Board, effective 22 November, 2023.
