Pacific Board Governance (PBG) invites senior leaders from government ministries, state‑owned enterprises, statutory bodies, and private‑sector organisations from across the Pacific to register for the Pacific Islands Board Governance Workshop, a three‑day intensive program designed to strengthen governance capability and support high‑performing institutions across the region.
The workshop will be held from 23–25 November 2026 at the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa and will be an interactive program discussing best practices in good governance, contemporary governance issues and realistic Pacific case studies.

Three-day program will be delivered by internationally accredited facilitators whose combined expertise ensures the workshop is grounded in Pacific realities, global standards, and practical governance application. The program is designed for Permanent Secretaries and senior ministry officials, State Owned Enterprise board members, CEOs, CFOs and executive leaders, Directors and senior leaders of private‑sector companies, Regulatory bodies and statutory authorities and Public enterprise units and governance oversight teams
This program structure ensures leaders gain a balanced understanding of governance fundamentals, strategic oversight, and financial stewardship with core competencies for public institutions and commercial entities alike.
The expert facilitators include three senior governance practitioners:
- David Evans (FAICD): 30+ years in banking and finance across Australia and the Pacific, including Chief Manager of Westpac Fiji.
- Jenny Seeto (FAICD): 40+ years advising public, private, and not‑for‑profit boards in Fiji, and is former Managing Partner at PwC.
- John Ridgway (LLB LLM): Founder and Head of Legal Services at Pacific Legal Network, specialising in cross‑border governance across 20+ Pacific jurisdictions.
Registration is currently open with early bird fee specials ending on 30th June 2026:
