A GROWING call for shared leadership between men and women is emerging across the Pacific, as women leaders push for stronger representation in decision-making and governance.
One Pacific leader advocating for this change is Ruth Cross Kwansing, whose journey into politics was not something she initially planned. However, encouragement from her mother and a strong sense of faith led her to take the step into Parliament.
