NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT OUR CLIENT CLAIMS ALL RIGHTS IN RESPECT OF THE ABOVE TRADE MARK IN MALDIVES AND WILL INITIATE
APPROPRIATE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ANY PERSON OR PERSONS FOUND USING THE AFORESAID TRADE MARK OR ANY OTHER TRADE MARK
DECEPTIVELY OR CONFUSINGLY SIMILAR THERETO WHICH IS IN VIOLATION OF THE RIGHTS OF OUR CLIENT.
