We are searching for an exceptional individual to join our team as Co-Lead, Programmes and Innovation. If you have ten years of experience in the Pacific, are adept at creating innovative grant making mechanisms, have successfully launched and led your own organisation, and are a staunch advocate for feminist principles, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development and execution of transformative grant making programmes and initiatives in the Pacific region.
- Drive innovation and identify opportunities for growth and impact for PFF and grantee partners.
- Help foster strategic collaborations to amplify the organization’s reach and influence.
- Champion feminist principles and integrate gender equality perspectives into all programmes.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in launching and leading their own organisation, demonstrating strong confidence and leadership skills.
- Expertise in innovative and collaborative grant making, programme design and implementation.
- A Champion of feminist principles, with a commitment to advancing gender equality.
- A Pacific Islander with at least ten years of experience working within the Pacific context.
