Pacific Community would like to invite interested Consultants to submit a proposal to be considered for appointment for the Review of the Festival of Pacific Arts and Culture (FestPAC) Model.
The appointed consultant is expected review the FestPAC delivery model and bid process for hosting future Festivals, taking into account, the changing context and development landscape resulting from the impact of COVID-19 and other challenges as specified in the Terms of Reference in the RFP document available on SPC website accessible through the link provided below.
All bidders are to submit proposals using submission form Part A (Technical Proposal Submission) & submission form Part B (Financial Proposal submission), which should be emailed to procurement@spc.int with the subject “RFP 21-007 – Review of the Festival of Pacific Arts and Culture (FestPAC) Model” on or before 17th February 2021 no later than by 4pm (Fiji time) as per instruction detailed on the Request for Proposal (RFP) document on SPC Website.
