Is the Pacific still stuck in the trenches?

Is the Pacific taking full advantage of the digital revolution? Are we prepared for the risks that come with such rapid change, and how can we ensure the next generation can leverage recent telecommunications development even further and be on par with the rest of the world? These were the questions posed to four leaders in the ICT field during a discussion co-hosted by the World Bank and the University of the South Pacific in Suva recently.
